Performance Marketing Manager , Global

Required

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with expertise spanning paid search, paid social, and/or mobile user acquisition in an in-house or agency environment.
• Proven track record owning large-scale media budgets and delivering measurable improvements in user acquisition efficiency across multiple channels and markets.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool) to prototype custom agents and AI-driven workflows that accelerate growth experimentation and scale campaigns.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Tableau) and a demonstrated experimentation mindset, with experience building and launching tests, interpreting results, and making data-grounded decisions.
• Experience with full-funnel measurement across app and web, including event strategy, SKAN/iOS privacy-aware execution, and incrementality testing; B2C experience required, fintech or crypto preferred.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

• $140,080 $200,900 USD
