Renewal Analytics Reporting

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track renewal KPIs including ARR retention rate, churn, on-time renewal rate, and pipeline coverage.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on renewal trends, customer behavior, cohort performance, and territory-level outcomes to surface actionable insights for leadership.

Support accurate in-quarter and long-range renewal forecasting by maintaining and validating forecast models and tracking actuals versus plan.

Prepare and present data-driven performance summaries for MBRs, QBRs, and senior leadership reviews in partnership with the Senior Director.

Identify patterns in at-risk renewals and escalate findings with supporting data to Renewals Sales and Customer Success teams.

Process Quoting Operations

Analyze end-to-end renewal workflows - from opportunity identification to quote generation to close - to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Document current-state processes and propose future-state designs that reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and support scalability.

Support quote governance by reviewing renewal quotes for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to approved discount frameworks.

Assist in developing quoting frameworks for multi-year, co-term, and mid-term expansion scenarios to maximize ARR retention.

Partner with Renewals Operations leadership to build and maintain playbooks, quoting guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
