We're searching for a Growth Manager to drive how Physical AI teams discover and engage with the Encord platform. You’ll develop the end-to-end journey from awareness to conversion, building product messaging and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from our target accounts.

The ideal candidate holds the customer above everything else - understanding how ICP relevancy, value, and memorability can convert a series of touchpoints into real demand.

Engage and convert target accounts with multi-channel campaigns and activities

Define and evolve Encord’s positioning, messaging and campaigns for Physical AI

Strategise, test and iterate on digital and out-of-home assets that win attention

Implement learnings and insights from sales, demos, objections, and wins/losses

Leverage field marketing and community events to engage accounts in-person

Segment, target and refine technical audiences effectively

Report on, analyze and distribute campaign performance in HubSpot

Who we're looking for

Hands-on and experimental. You're comfortable executing on projects end-to-end, running tests, and iterating on what the data tells you

Analytical and results-driven. You think in terms of pipeline and deal progression, not just awareness or engagement metrics
