Airops Sales Development Representatives at AirOps develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate pipeline and build relationships with key decision-makers. They collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute prospecting strategies to consistently exceed outreach and meeting targets
Generate quality pipeline by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
Build initial relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients
Conduct effective discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospect interactions
Use data to continuously improve outreach processes and results

Required

0-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (experience with marketing and growth technologies a plus)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
