First-destination outcomes your office can defend
Career services teams are measured on a number they collect by hand. LumiJobs gives graduates a job-search product worth logging into, then turns what they report back into NACE-aligned first-destination reporting — so the rate you publish comes with its methodology attached.
Your university licenses the reporting. Your students pay nothing — ever.
The demo opens with sample data — no account, no credit card. Booking takes one short form, right on this page.

For your office
What your office gets
Everything listed here is in the product today.
Reporting that survives an audit
Career outcomes rate and knowledge rate calculated to NACE First-Destination definitions, with the methodology stated on the page so anyone can check the arithmetic.
Outcome surveys students actually answer
Send a survey to a cohort and let graduates self-report their destination, employer, and — with explicit consent — salary. Small-n results are suppressed automatically.
Cohorts without a spreadsheet
Group graduates by class, program, or term. Invite them with a link, and track who has joined ahead of your reporting deadline.
Role-based access for your office
Career owners and advisors get different permissions, and salary data is gated behind explicit student consent rather than office policy alone.
Methodology
How we calculate the rate
The two NACE First-Destination numbers, defined exactly as your report will state them — so anyone can check the arithmetic.
The number that tells you how much of your class you actually heard back from.
Graduates still seeking or not seeking are excluded from the numerator, per NACE convention.
Small-n suppression is on by default: cohorts below a minimum size are hidden automatically, so no individual graduate is identifiable in a published report.
Onboarding
How onboarding works
- 1
We set up your campus
We create your institution, add your career-office accounts, and configure your cohorts with you.
- 2
Students join
Share a cohort invite link, or import your registrar's class list as a CSV. Students get the full LumiJobs product free for as long as your license runs.
- 3
Collect and report
Send outcome surveys, let graduates self-report, and pull a first-destination report scoped to a graduation term.
Where we are today: we onboard each campus by hand, with a small number of design-partner institutions, so we can sit with your office through a full reporting cycle. A live SIS integration is not built yet — your office imports a registrar CSV, and students join through cohort invite links.
Pricing
One license. Whole campus.
One annual license per campus, priced by enrollment. We're onboarding a small number of design-partner institutions, so we set pricing with each campus rather than publishing a sticker price.
Students
Your license covers every student on campus. They never see a bill from us, and there is nothing for them to upgrade to.
- The full LumiJobs job-search product — no student paywall, no premium tier for them to hit
- A catalog of roughly 28,000 active jobs, refreshed continuously

FAQ
The questions procurement will ask
Straight answers, limited to what the product does today.
One annual campus license, priced by enrollment and agreed with each institution — we're onboarding a small number of design-partner campuses rather than publishing a sticker price. We'll work inside your procurement process: security questionnaires, data-protection terms, and a pilot scoped to a single reporting cycle are all reasonable asks.
Something we didn't answer? Ask it in the demo form and we'll answer before any call.

Bring us your reporting deadline
Tell us your graduating class size and when your first-destination report is due, and we'll show you exactly what your office would run between now and then. Three fields are required — the rest just help us prepare.
