Responsibilities

Develop product-agnostic software solutions to optimize production efficiency and product quality
Design and implement hardware testing strategies and tools
Collaborate across multiple teams, especially software and production, to enhance automation
Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures and tools
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide feedback to design teams for product enhancements
Conduct root cause analysis to triage production, product, and process issues
Contribute to system architecture designs of technical initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceProficiency in PythonFamiliarity with LinuxExperience with$166

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
3+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in Python
Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Ability to work and communicate collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated accountability and ownership, team-player, self-motivated
Experience designing scalable system architecture
Familiarity with Linux, Git, and networking
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field
Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems
Strong understanding of hardware-software integration
Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring
Prior work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience with: SQL/databases, C/C++, javascript, nix
