• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform

• This is an active position requiring long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 35 lbs or more. You must be able to physically demonstrate Peloton products and engage with customers during in-store trials.
