Staff Product Manager, Meetings

Required

• 8–10 years of product management experience, including significant ownership of a scaled, mature product at a product-driven B2B or B2C SaaS company; experience at a well-scaled company (Series D+) is a plus.
• A track record of setting product strategy and driving measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated experience evolving a core product at scale and materially improving metrics such as activation, adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, or customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional product sense and customer empathy, with experience turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
• Strong experience with product-led growth, including self-serve acquisition, activation, virality, engagement, and expansion.
• Experience building products for both individual users and organizations, ideally in collaboration, productivity, scheduling, or work management.
• Experience using AI in product development and a strong point of view on how AI can improve customer workflows; experience shipping AI-powered features is a plus.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to combine quantitative data, customer research, and product intuition to make difficult prioritization decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, challenging assumptions, making clear tradeoffs, and moving quickly when decisions are reversible.
• Technical depth to partner effectively with Engineering on platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and architecture. An engineering background is a plus.
• Ability to work from our San Francisco office two (2) days per week.
