Staff Accountant

Required

• Experience applying AI/ML tools to generate data-driven insights and automation.
• Critical thinking to identify problems and pathways to execute resolution.
• A process-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach, always curious to question the status quo and to optimize workflows.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, where diligence matters, which satisfies internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• A BSc or MSc in Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a solid academic record, and, if not already qualified, a commitment to completing a professional accounting qualification.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, and Pivot Tables).

• Experience with regulatory and statutory reporting (e.g., GAAP Reporting, Regulated entity exposure).
• Proficiency in dashboard reporting and design (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting systems.
• A solid understanding of traditional financial markets or cryptocurrency.
