Senior Manager, Creative Operations

Required

• 8+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project or program management, agency operations, or a related operational discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex creative or marketing initiatives with significant budgets while balancing scope, resources, timelines, and financial considerations.
• Strong understanding of creative development workflows, resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization within creative, brand, marketing, or integrated campaign organizations.
• Experience designing and implementing operational processes, systems, and tools that improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across teams.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
• Experience managing and developing individual contributors while maintaining hands-on ownership of complex programs and initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, navigate tradeoffs, and translate operational insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
• This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
