Nash The Workplace & Employee Experience Manager owns daily operations of the San Francisco office and supports the Charleston office virtually. They manage workplace vendors, logistics, events, and employee experience initiatives to maintain a safe, functional, and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

Own the daily operation of the San Francisco office including workplace standards and supplies
Support the Charleston office virtually with supplies, vendors, and events
Manage shipping and logistics for laptops and IT equipment
Own Nash swag including design coordination, vendor sourcing, inventory, and distribution
Serve as primary contact for landlord, building management, workplace vendors, and service providers
Manage workplace vendors and contracts including sourcing, scheduling, and issue resolution
Maintain a safe, functional, secure, and welcoming workplace
Coordinate office access, visitor protocols, seating plans, equipment logistics, and workplace communications
Build practical office procedures, inventories, calendars, checklists, and service standards
Track workplace spending, reconcile invoices, manage purchase requests, and identify cost improvements
Support emergency-preparedness practices, workplace notices, and health and safety coordination
Organize executive offsites and all company events from concept through post-event review
