Accenture Federal Services The Medical Review Manager supports project planning and management for a CMS contract, ensuring alignment with technical and management methodologies. This role also serves as acting Project Manager when required.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in project planning, structuring, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Assist in managing project workflows in alignment with CMS requirements.
Ensure project execution adheres to the Contractor’s strategy, management plan, and quality processes.
Serve as acting Project Manager when required.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to maintain project continuity, compliance, and timeliness.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry supporting Federal Government agencies or the Commercial Healthcare Market in roles such as:
Project Manager
Project Leader

Minimum 2 years managing complex medical review systems and workflow, including personnel oversight.
Minimum 2 years of Medicare Fee‐for‐Service (FFS) experience, particularly Medicare coverage and payment rules.
Must be actively working toward a Project Management certification if not already obtained.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare‐relevant field, AND
Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Public Administration, or another healthcare‐related field
Four (4) additional years of related work experience in lieu of a master’s degree.
