Blend Business Automation Engineer at Blend partners with teams to design and build automations improving business workflows. The role involves building scalable automations using off-the-shelf products, custom code, and AI-augmented workflows.
Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and triage automation opportunities
Build and deploy automations across SaaS tooling, internal systems, and APIs
Leverage AI and agentic patterns in business operations workflows
Build with a secure-by-default mindset including access controls and secrets management
Establish team patterns including documentation, testing, and operational maintenance
Iterate and improve existing systems

Required
