Clickhouse The Head of Developer Relations at ClickHouse leads a global team of developer advocates and owns the developer experience, technical content, and community growth. This role involves setting strategy, managing budgets, and partnering with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive developer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a globally distributed team of developer advocates
Set the strategy for how ClickHouse shows up to developers online and in person
Own the Developer Relations budget and investment decisions
Be a public face of ClickHouse: present product demos and technical talks on stage and host a podcast
Set targets for community growth and engagement across Slack, Reddit, GitHub, YouTube, and advocates' platforms
Build the champions program with clear tracks for customers, open-source users, and independent voices
Run the developer-event portfolio including meetups, conference talks, and practitioner-led sessions
Partner with product marketing engineers and field marketing on publishing and technical content
Work with regional field marketing to support in-region developer programs and the startup and partner ecosystem
Own the feedback loop into product and engineering on developer needs and challenges
