Responsibilities
We're looking for a Recruiting Coordination Intern to join our People & Talent team for a 4-month opportunity. Own High-Volume Scheduling: Schedule interviews across the business, from initial screens to multi-round onsites.
Deliver Great Candidate Experiences: Be the main point of contact for candidates and provide clear and fast communication.
Support Interviewers: Coordinate with interviewers to accommodate candidates’ schedules and keep them moving through the process in a timely manner.
Automate the Busywork: Use AI tools to cut down repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of coordination workflows.
Keep Our Data Clean: Help run regular data audits in our ATS (Greenhouse) so our recruiting dashboards are trustworthy.
