Graduate Engineer, System Validation

Required

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field, completed recently or before the role begins
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical design, heat transfer, thermodynamics, materials, manufacturing or related engineering principles
• Experience creating parts, assemblies or engineering drawings using 3D CAD through coursework, research, internships or projects
• Ability to plan technical work, analyze test data, document results accurately and draw evidence-based conclusions
• A structured approach to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and engineering investigation
• Clear communication, curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems and laboratory methods
