Technical Account Manager

Required

• Must have enterprise customer-facing experience in a Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services role.
• Foundational knowledge of the cybersecurity domain, including common security technologies, enterprise network architectures, and basic threat landscapes.
• Familiarity with leveraging standard AI productivity tools to enhance daily workflows, streamline communication, and generate basic data-driven insights.
• Understanding of Java, web technologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credible, transparent relationships with customer leaders.
• Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation.
• Ability to manage both proactive and reactive tasks effectively while demonstrating high ownership.
• Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems.
• On-call availability may be a requirement for this position.
• Experience with Ping Identity solutions and APIs.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• General networking knowledge of protocols like HTTP/S, TCP/IP.
