Axiomtalentplatform AdTech Lawyer at Axiomtalentplatform providing legal advice and support on AdTech agreements and data-sharing compliance. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.
Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of over 5,800 lawyers.

Qualification

Experience taking on complex projectsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong legal knowledge of technology

Required

4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
Experience taking on complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Active bar license in the state where you reside.

Preferred

Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.
