Brand Marketing Manager

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience, ideally within a complex technology startup and/or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience turning company, product, technical, or commercial milestones into clear marketing stories and programs for external audiences.
• Strong brand and editorial judgment, including the ability to identify a compelling story, develop a clear creative or content brief, and provide useful feedback on work in progress.
• Experience executing across several areas of marketing, such as content, events, speaking programs, campaigns, social media, email, or other owned channels.
• Experience building and engaging an audience, evaluating channel performance, and using those insights to improve marketing decisions.
• Experience partnering and managing the relationship with external marketing partners from initial brief through completion.
• Ability and willingness to learn complex technical subjects and collaborate effectively with engineers, executives, and commercial teams.
• A track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional marketing programs, including setting priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and moving work through completion.
• Resourcefulness and comfort moving between strategic context and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment where marketing systems are still being built.
