Responsibilities
Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, our innovative nail pods, and the accompanying app
Drive customer bookings by creating excitement and converting conversations into appointments
Provide manicure touch ups and fixes as needed
Proactively approach and engage customers, sharing the story of 10Beauty and the benefits of our products
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image that aligns with the 10Beauty brand values
Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the 10Beauty team to help us continuously improve
Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean, organized, and inviting
Experience in cosmetology or most preferably nail related work
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
