Curri Brand Designer at Curri owns the design of marketing and sales assets and builds templates to accelerate brand execution. The role includes creating motion work and expanding the visual asset library.
Responsibilities
Curri is seeking a Brand Designer to help the company look as good as it works. The design team is small and covers brand, web, design systems, marketing, events, video, and animation, so good work regularly gets pushed for lack of capacity. This person will own a large share of the brand touchpoints people see most, including sales decks, social, ads, and events. They will also build the templates and asset library that let sales and marketing move faster. Success means shipping strong work quickly while helping define where a still-forming brand goes next.
Own the design of marketing and sales assets, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, social, paid ads, email, and blog imagery, and push each one past “on-brand” to genuinely good.
Build templates and tools that let sales and marketing produce polished work on their own without waiting on design.
Create motion work, including animated social posts, web animations, and video graphics, and contribute to Curri’s in-house video production.
Expand the visual asset library with new illustration and imagery directions that move the brand forward.
Design event and merch experiences, from booth graphics and signage to swag people actually want to keep.
Keep the brand system, files, and documentation organized so the whole team can find what they need and move faster.

Required
2–3 years of brand, marketing, or visual design experience, in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio of work that actually shipped rather than concepts and mockups.
Strong fundamentals in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy, so the work looks finished and reflects a clear eye for what is good and current.
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus hands-on motion experience in After Effects, Figma Motion, Rive, or similar tools.
Curiosity about new tools, including Midjourney and other AI image generators, along with a clear point of view on when to use them, when not to, and how to refine what they produce.
Range and speed with judgment: the ability to move between print, digital, and motion in the same day, handle multiple requests without quality slipping, take feedback openly, and explain design decisions clearly to non-designers.
Preferred
A portfolio that shows brand system work and walks through your process, not just one-off pieces.
Templates or tools you built that non-designers actually adopted.
Experience making a “boring” or unglamorous category look good, and real excitement about doing it again.
A background in design-forward B2B SaaS, logistics, or construction tech.
What is in it for you?
A real hand in building Curri’s brand while it is still being defined, with work that ships fast and gets seen by customers and drivers online and at events.
Range across print, digital, motion, AI tools, and merch, with plenty of reps early in your career.
Regular mentorship and feedback from senior designers who care about craft, and a clear path to Brand Designer II.
