Legendcareers Scientist, In Vivo CAR-T Therapy designs and executes experimental studies to advance in vivo CAR T cell and gene therapy platforms. Conducts in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate product potency, efficacy, and safety.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute experimental studies for in vivo CAR T development from early discovery through preclinical development
Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate product potency, efficacy, and safety
Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot experimental assays and laboratory methods
Analyze, interpret, and summarize complex scientific data from experimental studies
Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized experimental records and documentation
Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate research findings
Collaborate with internal research and early development teams in a cross-functional environment
