Test Engineer I - RF/EMC

Required

• Rigorous attention to detail: follows a test plan exactly, records every deviation, and delivers complete, accurate results and documentation.
• Follows through on commitments; communicates progress, blockers, and questions early; knows when to escalate.
• Curious about how radios, hardware, and software meet; eager to learn from review and mentorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, co-ops, research, capstone, or personal projects in RF, embedded, or test work count.
• Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, DC power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Reads electronic schematics; solders, reworks PCBAs, and builds cable harnesses.
• Comfortable on a Linux command line: SSH or serial to a device, flashing firmware, collecting logs.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborates well on a team.
