Growth Product Manager, Activation & Monetization

Required

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS, with measurable activation, retention, or monetization results.
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels, working closely with Product to ship changes to the core experience, not just the messaging around it.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content, beyond templated personalization or segment routing.
• Hands-on experience building systems that recursively learn from performance data and adapt without manual rework.
• Technical fluency to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation, and delivery into one working system.
• Strong experimentation and product judgment, and comfortable operating as an IC with high ownership and little process.
• How We'll Evaluate You
• Show us what you built. Walk us through a system or funnel improvement you owned: how it worked, what you owned, and what it moved.
• Show us how you'd build it here. Walk us through how you'd build an AI-native lifecycle system for ClickUp, including what it knows about each user, how it generates their next message, how it learns from results, and where humans stay involved.
