Savvy Product Lead at Savvy owns a product area from vision to revenue, collaborating cross-functionally. The role involves leading AI-driven product development for financial advisors and managing the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
You'll own a product area from the first customer conversation to the revenue it brings in: vision, roadmap, execution, launch and the numbers after. Think of your role as running a business, collaborating with engineering, design, data and go-to-market. Depending on where you'll have the most impact, that could be AI for back-office operations, the tools advisors live in every day, growth, or the platform underneath it all.
Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Say no to most things so the few that matter actually ship.
Get close to customers. Sit with advisors and our ops team until you know which problems are worth solving, and which aren't.
Prototype first. Use Claude Code, Cursor or whatever's fastest to put something real in front of users before engineering commits a sprint.
Lead the whole cross-functional crew: engineering, design, data, sales, marketing and operations, from idea to launch to adoption.
Own the outcome. Set the metrics before you build, check them after you ship, and know how your area makes money and what it costs to run.
Write specs people read. Short, clear and ready for a decision.
Help shape how product works at an AI-native company.

Required
5+ years in product management, or building product as an engineer or founder, ideally at a fast-growing startup. Less is fine if you learn crazy fast. We hire for slope.
AI is your first move, not an afterthought. You use Claude, Claude Code or Cursor every day and you've built real things with them. Show us.
You get how AI products work: prompting, retrieval, evals, and when not to trust the model.
Commercial chops. You're as comfortable talking pricing, unit economics and go-to-market as you are talking about features.
Strong product taste, and enough technical depth to go toe to toe with engineers.
Comfortable with data, and quick to notice when it's lying to you.
You write and communicate clearly.
Low ego, high ownership. You'd rather fix the problem than make excuses with nuances
