Senior Product Manager

Required

• 2–3 years in product management (or 1–2 years PM plus a strong analytical/technical background — e.g., APM program, data/BI analyst, technical consultant, or engineer moving into PM)
• Comfortable executing against a roadmap set by others while bringing real judgment to the specifics — you don't need the full ambiguity of domain ownership yet, but you can't be a ticket-taker either
• Strong written communication — a spec someone can build from without you in the room
• First-principles problem-solving and comfort with the pace of a startup building process where none exists
• AI-native workflow — you build with AI daily; the specific tools don't matter
• San Francisco-based and committed to working onsite. H1B transfers welcome.
• Who Tends To Thrive Here
• The strongest profiles tend to be people who are hungry to own more than they currently do — they've shipped real things, taken real feedback, and are ready to be judged on outcomes, not just output. You don't need to have run a domain before. You do need to show you can take a messy, real problem and turn it into something an engineer can build from, without someone else doing that thinking for you.
