SpaceX Production Test Technician on the Starlink team responsible for ensuring product quality through manufacturing and test. Supports production SMT lines, performs PCB solder rework, and develops mechanical fixturing solutions.
Responsibilities
Support production in critical SMT lines-down events
Wire and assemble ATE during new SMT line bring-up
Perform PCB solder rework and hand assembly
Troubleshoot first pass yield issues
Assemble cable harnesses and install in test racks
Develop mechanical fixturing solutions
Assess production compliance to company and industry standards
Qualification

Required
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
1+ years of experience working in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
Preferred
2+ years of test experience in a manufacturing environment
Associate's degree in a technical or engineering field
Experience working with root cause/corrective action systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and experience managing multiple priorities and tasks
Practical experience working within quality management systems (ISO 9001)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends, as needed
