Halter The Logistics Specialist at Halter manages the end-to-end flow of hardware dispatch to ranchers across the US. This includes coordinating with 3PL partners, managing timelines, tracking shipments, and proactively solving delivery issues.

Halter is the world’s leading provider of virtual fencing technology, on a mission to make 50% of the world’s land more productive and sustainable. We are building a world-first operating system that is transforming how ranchers manage their land and animals. It is ambitious technology - but it only matters if it lands perfectly in the real world.
That is where the Logistics Specialist role comes in.
Every week, new ranchers are joining Halter, chomping at the bit to receive their hardware and get started on the journey. The hardware (collars and accessories) needs to be packed, freight coordinated, and delivered on a rapid timeline. When a deployment runs well, it feels seamless. When it doesn’t, everyone feels it. We are looking for someone to come in and run our dispatch process like a clinic.
Coordinate and dispatch new hardware orders to ranchers across the US.
Work closely with our 3PL partners, holding them accountable to speed and quality
Manage timelines, track shipments, and proactively solve delivery issues
Keep our internal teams aligned and informed
