As Director of Private Wealth, you will lead advanced planning and business development efforts that help Financial Advisors serve ultra-high-net-worth clients, deepen relationships, and turn sophisticated strategies into measurable growth and new assets.
Primary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in wealth, estate, or tax planning, financial services, or a related field.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and advance strategic initiatives.
Strong business development experience, including advisor consultation, client meetings, public speaking, content development, and opportunity cultivation.
Juris Doctor, CPA, CTFA, or CFP® designation strongly preferred.
Series 7 and 66, or Series 7, 63, and 65, required within the first four months of employment.
Deep expertise in estate, tax-efficient, philanthropic, asset protection, wealth transfer, and other advanced strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Life, Health, and Long-Term Care insurance licenses preferred; equivalent expertise in wealth and asset protection strategies may be considered.
Expertise with eMoney and familiarity with other financial planning platforms and technology.
Strong knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and its application to complex planning scenarios.
