Senior Scientist, Biology

Required

• We’re looking for a strong scientist with hands-on technical expertise who is curious, proactive, and collaborative.
• Key qualifications include:
• Extensive cell culture experience.
• Hands-on expertise with in-vitro assay development, including but not limited to cell-based reporters, primary immune cells, flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD.
• Ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot robust assay protocols.
• The following are valued but not essential:
• Familiarity with assay miniaturization, automation, and high throughput screening.
• Cell engineering via transfection, transduction, and/or genome editing.
• Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and scientific achievement in immunology as evidenced by contributions to INDs, patents, and/or publications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with colleagues from diverse disciplines.
