• This is a primarily hybrid position with occasional on-site visits for property inspections, meetings, and other community-related needs. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining strong communication, organization, and accountability.
• The ideal candidate brings experience in HOA or community association management and is well versed in association financials, budget preparation and oversight, architectural review applications and packets, governing documents, Board meeting preparation, and other administrative processes essential to effective community management.
• A strong emphasis on administrative execution and documentation is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high volume of paperwork, processing and tracking documentation, coordinating approvals, maintaining accurate records, and driving outstanding items to completion. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, exceptionally organized, deadline-driven, and able to move multiple administrative priorities forward without sacrificing accuracy or service quality.
