Forus has an ambitious goal: to be used by every provider in the United States. As our first GTM Engineer, you will build the AI-powered systems that get us there without scaling headcount at the same rate.

This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner." If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.

If you join, you will:

Learn how our growth teams work and decide where AI and automation will move the numbers.

Build systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and rep productivity.

Choose the right tool for each problem, whether that is Clay, n8n, an LLM, an API, or custom Python or JavaScript.

Connect our CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools into workflows no single platform could support.

Take each project from prototype through rollout and training, and iterate on user feedback.

Measure the accuracy, adoption, and business impact of what you ship, and retire what doesn't work.

Test new tools and models as they emerge and bring the useful ones into how Forus operates.

We'll be most excited if you have:

Shipped internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.
