Director, Talent Partnerships

Required

• 5+ years of experience in account management or brand partnerships at a marketing, entertainment, talent, or influencer agency
• Significant hands-on experience managing talent and influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations and production logistics
• Ability to independently lead complex projects from strategy through execution
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Doc, Sheets
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision
• Ability to travel for client activations, media days
