Associate Manager, Robotics Lab
Santa Clara, CAfull timeOn SiteentryH1B: no
Welo Global The Associate Manager, Robotics Lab owns a shift responsible for managing approximately 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data. This role ensures consistent output quality and safety across shifts.
Responsibilities
- You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe.
- The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it.
