Responsibilities

Brillio is seeking an experienced business transformation and product leader to serve as a Forward Deployed Strategist. Evaluate and apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable business value.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, data, architecture, operations, compliance, finance, and business teams.
Drive execution by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and key decisions throughout delivery.
Partner with technical teams to address data, integrations, governance, security, scalability, cost, and production requirements.
Guide the transition from solution design and development through deployment, adoption, and integration into business operations.
Engage stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, improve workflows, and drive organizational change and sustained adoption.
Establish ownership, operating processes, and performance measures to ensure solutions deliver lasting value.
