Dadavidson Planning Coordinator manages planning workflows and supports Senior Planners, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers serving high-net-worth clients. This role coordinates planning engagements, client meetings, and communication with clients’ tax and legal advisors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to manage planning workflows and support Senior Planners, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role coordinates planning engagements, client meetings, and communication with clients’ tax and legal advisors.
Primary Qualifications:
Previous experience working in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred.
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain both within 180 days of joining the firm.
FPQP certification, or ability to obtain it within one year of joining the firm.
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Client-focused approach with strong follow-through.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative work style.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Advanced technology skills.
