We're looking for a Sales Engineer to own the day-to-day commercial execution in their territory -- prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closes. You'll be the person on the ground building relationships with plant managers, operations leads, and automation engineers at manufacturers across your region, and you'll be the one turning those conversations into signed deals.

You'll work closely with your Regional Sales Manager on territory priorities and account strategy, and you'll be the primary point of contact for customers from first outreach through close. When a deal requires integration scope, you'll loop in the Implementation team. When a customer needs a technical deep-dive, you lead it.

You'll report directly to your Regional Sales Manager or Sales Director.

Prospecting & Business Development

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors across your territory

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and channel partner relationships

Qualify opportunities early and focus time on accounts with the highest probability and strategic fit

Technical Discovery & Solution Selling

Lead discovery conversations to understand customer production challenges, automation goals, and constraints

Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions that connect Standard Bots' hardware, software, and AI capabilities to real operational outcomes

Conduct product demos -- live and virtual -- that are tailored to the customer's specific application and environment
