Responsibilities
Execute recruitment strategy for francophone markets including France, Luxembourg, Belgium francophone, and Switzerland romande
Source candidates using varied channels such as jobboards, social networks, professional networks, cooptation, and direct approach
Prescreen and evaluate candidates for professional and cultural fit
Organize and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person
Collaborate closely with hiring managers on candidate selection
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and business teams

Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Strong mastery of modern sourcing techniques and interview methods
Native-level French and very good English
