Own audience strategy: how we think about who we're acquiring, and how the approach differs by segment, health plan versus health system, and by stakeholder.

Build the Pipeline Engine and Own the Numbers

Own the multi-year growth plan for Ellipsis: translate business goals into the MQL, SQL, and revenue targets that get us there, and the channel and investment strategy to hit them.

Design and execute a repeatable demand generation motion, spanning ABM, direct mail, email, LinkedIn, conference and events strategy, and strategic partnerships, built for a long, high-touch enterprise sales cycle.

Build the reporting infrastructure that measures pipeline influence and CAC by channel and segment, and regularly report out on results and performance to goal.

Build and manage the marketing budget.

Build the feedback loops between sales and marketing, win/loss analysis, and pipeline reporting, that make the motion sharper over time.
