Revecore Patient Contact Specialist at Revecore providing high-level service to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts and act as liaison between claims representatives and providers.
Responsibilities
Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals
Follow-up with Contact Specialist
Access client connections/computer system to obtain information
Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond day
Perform special projects or tasks as assigned
Assist IT in resolving access issues

Education and Experience Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications
