Maven Agi Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team responsible for architecture, design, and implementation of scalable AI agent systems. Lead technical direction and mentor engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the architecture and development of a world class agentic platform that powers intelligent, scalable, production grade AI agents.
Work with cross functional partners to define requirements and translate them into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
Lead or support high impact initiatives that expand the capabilities of our platform and accelerate our roadmap.
Mentor engineers, provide thoughtful feedback, and help elevate the overall quality of the team’s technical work.
Build well structured, testable, and resilient services that can operate at scale in production environments.
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute effectively in an environment that values iteration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Required
You're based in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA and able to work out of one of our offices on a hybrid model.
You communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions, and can articulate technical tradeoffs in a way that supports strong decision making.
You are excited to work in a fast paced startup environment, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy driving clarity and momentum across complex initiatives.
Familiarity with areas such as LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, or agentic systems is a plus.
