Daniels Sharpsmart The Maintenance Director leads maintenance, asset reliability, and facilities infrastructure across North America for Daniels Health. This role develops and executes enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term maintenance and reliability roadmap
Establish maintenance standards, governance, SOPs, and KPIs
Build high-performing maintenance teams
Serve as strategic advisor on asset strategy and infrastructure investments
Lead predictive, preventative, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
Drive OEE, uptime, and asset utilization improvements
Implement CMMS, automation, IIoT, and data-driven maintenance solutions
Lead root cause analysis and eliminate recurring failures
Own maintenance operating budgets and capital investment planning
Develop business cases and ROI models
Manage vendor partnerships and contracts
Oversee maintenance strategy for critical production assets

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required.
10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
5+ years leading multi-site operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects and reliability programs.
Expertise with CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance and industrial automation technologies.

Travel Requirements
