CesiumAstro Senior RF Engineer responsible for board-level RF electronics design and system-level communications concepts for satellite and aerospace systems. Lead RF hardware design from concept through manufacturing, testing, and in-orbit support.

Responsibilities

Design RF circuits and systems through all development phases
Create block diagrams, detailed schematics, PCB layout and routing
Perform simulations and test design
Select parts and define requirements
Manufacture, test, qualify, and support RF hardware in-orbit
Present engineering design review materials to customers and executive team
Participate in proposal-writing efforts

Qualification

Required

Experience in board-level RF electronics design
Proficiency in board-level schematic design and PCB layout of RF circuits
Knowledge of system-level communications concepts such as link budgets and modulation schemes
Experience with phased array communication systems components
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
