Responsibilities

Lead design, development, integration, test, and flight qualification of advanced spaceborne payloads
Serve as Unit Lead (Responsible Engineer) for Phased Array product line focusing on Ka-band AESAs
Define and execute new AESA products including active antenna modules, RF and power/digital backplanes, array control, power conversion, and software features
Lead multidisciplinary technical team and act as primary point of contact for program manager and customers
Ensure on-time schedule execution
