Construction Project Manager

• You've led project management on hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds, delivering fast-track projects across multiple geographies.
• You know civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, procurement workflows, and cost controls deeply.
• You're an expert with scheduling (P6, MS Project), cost (Procore, Ares, Excel), and collaboration (Smartsheet, Confluence) tools.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in person, comfortable with executives and trades alike.
• You've built and scaled project teams across regions and time zones, align technical and commercial stakeholders under shared goals, and you'll travel 80-100% to active sites.
• Bonus: PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Construction management qualification. Multi-region fast-track delivery.
