Software Engineer / Scrum Master - PLNR (26-394)

Required

• Experience supporting software engineering on DoD programs / missile defense.
• Experience decomposing Agile features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria (PI and Sprint planning).
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Experience leading Agile teams supporting complex DoD software systems.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• EDUCATION: Bachelors with 3+ or Master with 1+ Years of Experience
• LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Colorado Springs, CO
• CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Top Secret w/SCI
