DOD SkillBridge Eligibility:
Has served at least 180 days on active duty
Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
Education and Experience:
Education & Experience: 2 years’ team and operations management experience, installation experience in home improvement industry.
2+ year supervisory experience in the home improvement industry managing installation teams (W-2 and 1099) or equivalent management experience. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
Computer Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Mechanical Aptitude - Intermediate skills with electrical schematics, pneumatic applications, and mechanical configurations
