Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations (English/Korean) – Remote

Required

• Native-level Korean with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Korean retail environments
