Alfredbeneschco The Civil Site Development Group Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the North Carolina practice, guiding multidisciplinary teams and supporting business development. This hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC.

Guide multidisciplinary teams in civil site and land development projects
Strengthen key client relationships

Qualification

Required

Professional Engineer licensure in North Carolina (or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 3 months)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
Significant experience leading civil site and land development projects for public and/or private sector clients
Demonstrated success developing client relationships and winning new work
Strong understanding of North Carolina regulatory agencies and permitting processes
Expertise in project financial management, budgeting, QA/QC, and resource planning
Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams
