Anthromededucation Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in Stafford, VA for the 2026–2027 school year. Provide speech and language therapy services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEP goals
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and consultative services to students
Support students with articulation, language, and other communication needs
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Use evidence-based practices to support students' communication and educational goals

Qualification

ASHA certification or eligibilitySchool-based experience preferred

Required

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
ASHA certification or eligibility
Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting students and providing high-quality speech and language services
